My husband recently bought a VW caddy van from Tayler. We had been looking for some time and were thrilled to find such a clean and tidy vehicle. Tayler was very helpful from start to finish and extremely professional. We live over a 100 miles away from Tayler but the travelling was well worth it for such a great van. Fantastic customer service. Tayler was very polite, patient and helpful. she was very understanding of my circumstances and gave me the best advice. The car was stunning, and Tayler took it in for a valet before handing it over, which really sold it to me. I would highly recommend it. she even gave me a better warranty for the same price. Very pleased!

I recently bought a used Range Rover Sport from HGMC. From the first contact the communications were excellent. Tayler was easy to deal with and answered any questions that I had. The purchase was straight forward. The vehicle was presented to me in an immaculate condition and all the paperwork was presented in a file (to be expected when dealing with a high end dealer.) I would Highly recommend this company 10/10 from the first call to enquire about the car Tayler was so so helpful arranged a viewing to suite my availability - for a small deposit she held the car till I was able to view - meeting Tayler was a pleasure such a well mannered and helpful young man there was no pressure sales tactics - leaving me to look around the vehicle and take it for a test drive - after returning I said I would like to purchase the car she offered me a good price for a car I had to trade in - sorted out all the paperwork and details - 3 days later I picked up the car which was absolutely spotless inside and out nothing seems to be a problem for this young man - she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with everything - will definitely be returning to purchase another car from him for the wife - well done Tayler you are a credit to yourself and your business 10/10

Also gave us a super part exchange deal. Was a little apprehensive travelling 2hours to view the car but I wasn’t disappointed. Had my Nissan Qashqai for nearly 6 weeks now, we travelled 2 hours to get it. It’s a lovely car, such a nice smooth drive, immaculate inside. We had 2 minor issues but both were things that were out of Tayler’s hands, one thing I can say is Tayler’s customer service is second to none, nothing was too much trouble and she got the 2 issues sorted immediately upon me reporting those to him and was so helpful. she went on holiday not long after I bought the car so gave me his dads details and she was just as helpful. I’ve given it 6 weeks so I can give an honest review and my experience buying from Tayler was really good! I would highly recommend Auckland Van & Car! Thanks Tayler 😁

If you looking for your next car look no further than Auckland Van & Car absolutely 5* service. Had a few issues with my own finance and Tayler went above and beyond to get it sorted. Having had to travel a few hundred miles down from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I had my doubts about the car but sure enough the car was faultless and after taking possession of the car found that it had no emergency key in the fob!!! Tayler was straight on it and a replacement is now in its way to myself. Thanks again Tayler for all your help I would definitely use this company again for another car.

Hats off to Tayler, gave him a hard job of finding a very high spec little van for my mam. she has done so within a week and his customer service is above and beyond. Drove the van to my mam one night for a test drive then dropped it off the next night for delivery, highly recommended
